Claire Louise Taylor

Claire Louise Taylor spent more than twenty years inside some of the UK's largest organisations as the operator called in when a transformation was failing — the corporate transformation fixer. Then a brain injury forced her to rebuild her own operating system from underneath: relearning how to read signal in a body and a mind that had been forced to start again from zero. CHoM was assembled out of that rebuild — two decades of watching how the most effective leaders actually decide, codified into a structured, teachable system, then validated in the field with 85+ leaders across clinical, commercial and personal contexts. Her practice blends executive coaching, trauma-informed coaching, psychometrics and large-scale behaviour change — strategy and soul, delivered through one framework.
