At CHoM (The Cosmic Human Operating Model), operated by Cosmic Human Operating Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), we use AI carefully, transparently and only in service of your own results. This policy explains exactly how.
1. Our Approach to AI
The Cosmic Human Operating Model assessment framework, methodology, questions and interpretations are our own original content, created and refined by us. Nothing about them is generated by AI.
We use AI purely as an efficiency tool. Each member's personalised report was previously written by hand; AI now helps draft the same report, in the same structure and voice, from that member's own assessment responses. A human-defined framework governs every output, and the result is the member's own report — drafted faster, never sourced from other people's data.
2. Where AI Is Used
- Report generation: When you complete your diagnostic assessment, your responses are sent to an AI service to draft your personalised CHoM report.
- Optional journaling tools: The Pattern Reader, Reflection guide and Concierge chat send the messages you type (with relevant context from your own report) to an AI service to generate a response. These features are entirely optional and only used when you choose to use them.
- Chart calculations: Your date and place of birth are sent to third-party chart calculation services to compute your astrology and human design charts. These are calculation services, not generative AI.
3. What Data Is Sent
- Your assessment question responses, including free-text answers, when your report is generated
- The chat messages you type in the optional journaling features, with relevant context from your own report
- Your date and place of birth, for chart calculations
No other personal data — contacts, photos, location, or device identifiers — is sent to any AI service.
4. What We Do Not Do
- We never sell or share your data with advertisers or any other third party
- Your data is used solely to generate your own results and responses
- We do not use your content to train AI models
- AI is never used to make decisions about your membership, access, or pricing
5. Your Choices
- The journaling AI features are optional — you decide when, or whether, to use them
- You can request deletion of your assessment data at any time from Account Settings

6. How This Relates to Data Protection
